This is some of my work. I wrote and performed all the music unless otherwise noted.

A lot of these were created for theater plays written by Ximena Faralla -who owns "On the Road Theatre Company". Instead of having full names these pieces have codes most of the time. For example, "3m2" means "Scene 3, music 2". This is very much like film music where reel and cue number are indicated.

Note: Being a musician/sound engineer, sound quility is very important to me. These adio clips might take a little while to load on slow connections because they were encoded in high quality.


Star Trek, Deep Space 9 - Production: Film Scoring This is one of my favorite cues. Light orchestration, French horns, harp, percussion, and flutes. This cue goes with the intro credits for Star Trek Deep Space Nine.

2m4 - Production: Snow White This plays as the witch is preparing a magic potion. Features a bass clarinet line over a string orchestra. Inspired in the Chocolat soundtrack by Rachel Portman. Running time 00:48
Wedding (extended version) - Production: Romeo and Juliet Underscore for Romeo and Juliet's wedding. very light orchestration featuring harp, flutes, oboes, and soprano. Running time 01:17
Dwarf's Theme - Production: Snow White Lazy Dwarf's theme. This is my favorite Snow White theme. So simple, yet so nice! Running time 00:18
Magic Ride - Production: Aladdin An underscore variation on the song This Could Work Out. Light orchestration featuring piano. Running time 01:14
1m4 - Production: Beauty and the Beast Underscore composed mainly of three different moods. This plays as the witch transforms the prince into the Beast.
A combination between orchestra, choir, and drums.

Full orchestra and drums. Starts with a lot of energy and mellows down by the end, where the Beast calms down.

4m3 Dolor y Chaplin - Production: Beauty and the Beast Scene change music. After the string orchestra with an oboe line ends -scene changes-, you can hear a honky-tonk piano mimicking a Scott Joplin sound. Running time 00:40

This is by far the weirdest and most demanding project I had to record while at college. Alex's idea was to record a bunch of people improvising so that we could then edit the raw material and create another piece of music that had nothing to do with the original. Well, it looks like "a bunch" has a whole other meaning to Alex. In the first recording session for this project we ended up cramming an electric guitar player, a MIDI guitar player, a DJ (turntables and all), a bass player, a pianist, a keyboardist, a sax player, and two drummers (yes, two) into Berklee's studio A.
The first take was so long that it went over the available recording time for a full length 2 inch tape, so we had to pull up ProTools and create a session on the fly, switch recording mediums while the players were still playing, so that we wouldn't lose any second of music.
This session was followed by more drum recording sessions, DJ, guitar, bass, and whatnot sessions. Never ending editing and mixing hours were needed to complete this strange, strange music.

An excellent solo piano prelude. The original idea was to get a more "classic" sounding piano, but it was very difficult to get with the actual Yamaha piano available.

This song is part of a three song set we recorded along with This Fool, and The Right Time. This is an orchestral ballad. We would have loved to have a bigger orchestra for this song. Since we didn't, we ended up doubling some sections to get a thicker sound.
